About the site

This site serves as a blog to share my thoughts and experiences and what I’ve learnt with software development. I aim to keep the site simple and clutter free, with no ads, no pixel trackers and no requests for notifications. The focus here is the content.

The website is developed with Jekyll and hosted on Netlify with automatic builds from Github. It’s based on the Kasper theme, although I have now customised it very heavily. I write my posts in markdown using Vim and Tmux, with a script to set up my environment quickly and effortlessly.

Categories

I write about all different topics in software engineering on this blog. This includes Android development, Web development, workflows and development environments and more. These are the categories for my posts
